The analyst comments "We are maintaining our BUY rating on Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS) and raising our target price to $140 from $125. Disney remains Netflix's one true competitor in long-form video streaming, and is moving briskly toward profitability in its direct-to-consumer businesses. The company's international parks and cruise line have also resumed full operations after pandemic closures and are posting strong results. While its linear Pay-TV networks are bleeding subscribers as the secular 'cord cutter' phenomenon continues to gain momentum, the company continues to build its DTC business."
