BMO Capital analyst Etinenne Ricard raised the price target on Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) to $122.00 (from $111.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "Discussions with Apollo's management team focused on Athene's spread resiliency, distribution channel diversification, and the path towards a doubling of debt originations over the next five years. Incrementally new, we sensed greater appreciation for synergies across Apollo's asset management/retirement ecosystem and resulting earnings sustainability. APO remains one of our preferred asset management picks considering its discounted valuation despite peer-leading earnings growth prospects."
