The company entered into a securities purchase agreement in connection with a private placement to certain institutional investors and expects to receive gross proceeds of approximately $100 million.

ODDITY Tech Ltd. (NASDAQ: ODD) fell 4% following the commencement of an underwritten secondary public offering of 4 million of its Class A ordinary shares by a fund managed by L Catterton.
