Archer’s financial estimates for first quarter of 2024 are as follows:

GAAP total operating expenses of $100 million to $120 million

This includes expected stock-based compensation, warrant expense and other one-time expenses of approximately $25 million

Non-GAAP total operating expenses of $75 million to $95 million
