After-hours movers: Arm and Disney gain, PayPal falls
After-Hours Stock Movers:
Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) climbed after reporting strong quarterly results and issuing full year guidance. Disney also raised its dividend and announced a stake in Epic Games.
PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL) declined despite reporting better than expected fourth quarter results. The company told investors earnings per share wouldn’t increase year-over-year in 2024.
Arm Holdings (NASDAQ: ARM) ADRs surged 23% after it reported third-quarter results and guidance that easily beat consensus estimates.
Axcelis Technologies (NASDAQ: ACLS) declined 10% after its forecast said full year 2024 revenue will be similar to 2023, with revenue weighted toward the second half.
Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) climbed 3.7% after it reported fourth quarter results that beat consensus.
Equifax (NYSE: EFX) declined after reporting FY24 EPS guidance that trailed estimates.
O'Reilly Automotive (NASDAQ: ORLY) shares fell after its 2024 earnings per share forecast missed consensus.
Confluent, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFLT) gained 15% after reporting strong results for the fourth quarter and issuing guidance that impressed investors.
