On February 2, 2024, V.F. Corp. (NYSE: VFC) and Matthew Puckett, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, determined that Mr. Puckett would depart from the Company, effective as of a date to be agreed upon by the Company and Mr. Puckett. Mr. Puckett will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer to assist the Company with the search for his successor and an effective transition of his duties. Mr. Puckett’s departure is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, its Board of Directors, its management or its independent auditors, or any matter relating to the Company’s accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or internal controls or any other matter.
