Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.
The dividend will be payable on April 24, 2023, to stockholders of record on April 11, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of April 10, 2023.
