Novavax (NASDAQ: NVAX) 25% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($2.28), $1.09 worse than the analyst estimate of ($1.19). Revenue for the quarter came in at $357 million versus the consensus estimate of $383.14 million. Announces 'Going Concern' Qualification.

B&G Foods (NYSE: BGS) 16% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $623.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $583.86 million.

Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SRPT) 16% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.24), $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.47). Revenue for the quarter came in at $258.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $250.4 million.
