Argus upgraded Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $72.00, noting that the company is now benefiting from high barriers to home ownership, including high mortgage rates and housing prices.

Piper Sandler upgraded Target (NYSE: TGT) to Overweight from Neutral and raised its price target to $200.00 from $190.00. Shares recovered today (up 3% intra-day) following a more than 13% drop yesterday as a result of a Q3 EPS miss.

UBS upgraded XPeng (NYSE: XPEV) to Buy from Neutral and cut its price target to $13.00 from $34.00 ahead of the upcoming Q3/22 results, scheduled to be announced on November 30, 2022.

JPMorgan upgraded Banco Bradesco S.A. (NYSE: BBD) to Overweight from Neutral.
