The filing represents a significant milestone in the transaction process, which remains on track to close early in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to customary approvals. • Ample deployable capital supports shareholder value: FNF has repurchased 4.3 million shares for $172 million, at an average price of $39.76 per share, in the second quarter and paid common dividends at $0.44 per share for $122 million. FNF ended the second quarter with $1.6 billion in cash and short-term liquid investments at the holding company
