Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (NYSE: ARI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.35, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33.

Stuart Rothstein, CEO and President of the Company said: “The rapidly evolving economic climate had a significant effect on the real estate capital markets during the second quarter. Despite the environment, ARI’s results demonstrated we continued to effectively deploy capital and earn our common stock dividend.
