Bruce J. Garelick informed the management of Digital World Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: DWAC) of his intention to resign from the board of directors of Digital World effective June 22, 2022. His stated that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Digital World’s operations, policies or practices.
