Veru, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERU) 38% HIGHER; COVID-19 drug candidate reduced deaths by 55% in hospitalized COVID patients in Phase 3 trial. Due to "overwhelming" efficacy of the study, the Independent Data Safety Monitoring Committee unanimously recommended that the Phase 3 study be halted, and they further remarked that no safety concerns were identified.

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SAIL) 30% HIGHER; agreed to acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction that values SailPoint at approximately $6.9 billion.

Affimed N.V. (Nasdaq: AFMD) 15% HIGHER; presented "highly encouraging" data for lead innate cell engager AFM13 precomplexed with cord blood-derived natural killer (cbNK) cells.

Eton Pharmaceuticals, Inc (Nasdaq: ETON) 8% HIGHER; received final approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its cysteine hydrochloride abbreviated new drug application (ANDA), a bioequivalent generic of Exela Pharma Sciences Elcys.

Li Auto Inc. (NASDAQ: LI) 6% LOWER; COVID lock-downs in China hurting production.

Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) 4% LOWER; COVID lock-downs in China hurting production.

NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) 4% LOWER; Baird downgraded from Outperform to Neutral with a price target of $225.00 (from $360.00).

Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) 1% LOWER; Elon Musk, the company's largest shareholder, informed the management he won't be joining the board.
