Oracle (ORCL) Shares Fall 6% on Q3 EPS Miss
Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) shares were trading around 6% lower after-hours following the company’s reported third results, with an EPS of $1.13 coming in worse than the consensus estimate of $1.18.
Revenue grew 4% year-over-year in USD (and 7% in constant currency) to $10.51 billion, which is in line with the consensus estimate.
Cloud services and license support revenues grew 5% in USD (and 8% in constant currency) to $7.6 billion and Cloud license and on-premise license revenues grew 1% in USD (and 4% in constant currency) to $1.3 billion.
The company is expected to provide guidance on its earnings call.
