Marcus & Millichap (MMI) Tops Q4 EPS by 74c, Revenue Beats

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) reported Q4 EPS of $1.53, $0.74 better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $495.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $370.8 million.
