US Foods (USFD) Misses Q4 EPS by 4c, Offers Guidance
US Foods (NYSE: USFD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.64 billion.
GUIDANCE:
US Foods sees FY2022 EPS of $1.80-$2.10 vs consensus of $2.39.
- In Fiscal 2022, the Company expects Adjusted EBITDA of $1.2-$1.3 billion and Adjusted Diluted EPS of $1.80-$2.10. The Company also expects cash capital expenditures of $280-$300 million, while fleet capital leases are expected to be an additional ~ $110 million. Interest expense is expected to be $225-$235 million.
- The Company expects to deliver Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $1.7 billion and Adjusted Diluted EPS of approximately $3.40 in 2024. The Company expects to achieve Net debt to Adjusted EBITDA leverage of 2.5-3.0x in 2023.
