US Ecology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECOL) 67.8% HIGHER; Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG) and US Ecology, Inc. (NASDAQ-GS: ECOL) have entered into a definitive agreement under which Republic Services will acquire all outstanding shares of US Ecology for $48 per share in cash, representing a total value of approximately $2.2 billion including net debt of approximately $0.7 billion.

Zosano Pharma Corporation (Nasdaq: ZSAN) 49.3% LOWER; announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 51,250,000 units, each consisting of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock, at a public offering price of $0.30 per unit. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.30 per share, are immediately exercisable and will expire five years from the date of issuance. Zosano has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7,687,500 shares of common stock and/or additional warrants to purchase up to 7,687,500 shares of common stock.

New Relic (NYSE: NEWR) 22.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.18), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $204 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.49 million. New Relic sees Q4 2022 EPS of ($0.19)-($0.22), versus the consensus of ($0.02). New Relic sees Q4 2022 revenue of $204-206 million, versus the consensus of $204.2 million.

Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH) 22% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.73, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $412.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $396.48 million. Enphase Energy sees Q1 2022 revenue of $420-440 million, versus the consensus of $409 million.

NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) 9.6% HIGHER; said its board of directors has unanimously approved commencing a comprehensive strategic review process, with the assistance of outside advisors, which will evaluate a full range of strategic alternatives available to NCR to enhance value for all shareholders. Those strategic alternatives could include a disposition of a material business or assets of the Company, a spin-off, merger or sale of the Company, other structural changes, changes to branding or geographic footprint or other transactions or alternatives.

Perion Network (NASDAQ: PERI) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.62, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $158 million versus the consensus estimate of $144.95 million. Perion Network sees FY2022 revenue of $610-530 million, versus the consensus of $596 million.

Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) 8.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.29, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $86.27 million. Doximity, Inc. sees FY2022 revenue of $338.9-339.9 million, versus the consensus of $327.6 million.

Paycom Software (NYSE: PAYC) 8.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.11, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $285 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.18 million. Paycom Software sees Q1 2022 revenue of $342-344 million, versus the consensus of $341.7 million. Paycom Software sees FY2022 revenue of $1.314-1.316 billion, versus the consensus of $1.05 billion.

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) 7.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $5.58, $0.29 better than the analyst estimate of $5.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.95 billion. Comparable restaurant sales increased 15.2%

Hub Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HUBG) 7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.48, $1.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.18 billion. Hub Group, Inc. sees FY2022 EPS of $5.90-$6.30, versus the consensus of $5.02. Hub Group, Inc. sees FY2022 revenue of $4.9-5.1 billion, versus the consensus of $4.82 billion.

SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) 7% HIGHER; gains on ENPH results.

Sunrun Inc. (NASDAQ: RUN) 7% HIGHER; gains on ENPH results.

Xpeng (NYSE: XPEV) 6.9% HIGHER; announced yesterday that the company stock has been included in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective on February 09, 2022.

SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEDG) 6.7% HIGHER; gains on ENPH results.

Big Lots (NYSE: BIG) 5.1% LOWER; JPMorgan downgraded from Neutral to Underweight with a price target of $31.00 (from $54.00).

Canopy Growth (NASDAQ: CGC) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of (Cdn$0.28), Cdn$0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of (Cdn$0.24). Revenue for the quarter came in at Cdn$141 million.

First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) 4.9% HIGHER; gains on ENPH results.

GLOBALFOUNDRIES (NASDAQ: GFS) 2.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.85 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion. GLOBALFOUNDRIES sees Q1 2022 EPS of $0.21-$0.27, versus the consensus of $0.17. GLOBALFOUNDRIES sees Q1 2022 revenue of $1.88-1.92 billion, versus the consensus of $1.85 billion.

Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) 1.5% HIGHER; registration of new American Depositary Shares (ADS) is not linked to any planned future transactions by SoftBank (OTC: SFTBY), the Japanese conglomerate said in a statement today. "The registration of the ADR conversion facility, including its size, is not tied to any specific future transaction by SBG," SoftBank told Reuters.
