(NASDAQ: VLDR) 33% HIGHER; gains after a filing, according to which the company has entered into a Transaction Agreement to issue to Amazon.com NV Investment Holdings LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN), warrants to purchase up to 39,594,032 shares of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.

Graham (NYSE: GHM) 27% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.35), $0.56 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.53 million. Graham sees Q4 2022 revenue of $37-42 million, versus the consensus of $41.6 million.

Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: EYES) 10.7% HIGHER; Second Sight Medical and Nano Precision Medical, Inc. (NPM), today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which privately held NPM will merge with a wholly owned subsidiary of Second Sight in an all-stock transaction. NPM will be the surviving company and owned by Second Sight. The resulting company will focus on development of innovative drug and device medical implants that treat chronic diseases with high unmet medical need.

Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) 8.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $207.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $195.2 million. Chegg sees FY2022 revenue of $830-850 million, versus the consensus of $826.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $260 million to $270 million. Chegg sees Q1 2022 revenue of $200-205 million, versus the consensus of $198.1 million.

Editas Medicine (NASDAQ: EDIT) 8.4% LOWER; On February 7, 2022, Lisa Michaels’ employment with Editas Medicine (NASDAQ: EDIT) as Chief Medical Officer was terminated, effective immediately. In connection with the termination, Dr. Michaels will receive compensation in accordance with the Company’s amended and restated severance benefits plan (the “Severance Plan”). Pursuant to the Severance Plan, Dr. Michaels will receive (i) her base salary for a period of 12 months following the date of her termination (the “Severance Period”), (ii) company contributions to the cost of health care continuation under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act for the Severance Period, and (iii) the amount of any unpaid annual bonus determined by the Company’s Board of Directors to be payable to her for any completed bonus period which ended prior to the date of her termination. All payments and benefits provided under the Severance Plan are contingent upon the execution and effectiveness of, and Dr. Michaels’ continued compliance with, a severance and release of claims agreement between Dr. Michaels and the Company.

Teradata Corp. (NYSE: TDC) 5.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.57, $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $475 million versus the consensus estimate of $477.46 million. Teradata Corp. sees Q1 2022 EPS of $0.63-$0.67, versus the consensus of $0.51. Teradata Corp. sees FY2022 EPS of $1.82-$1.92, versus the consensus of $1.77.

loanDepot (NYSE: LDI) 4.5% HIGHER; CEO, Anthony Li Hsieh, bought 1.58 million shares from 02/03/21-02/04/21 at prices from $3.64-$3.76. The value of the purchases was nearly $6 million.

Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ: TTWO) 2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.24, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $866.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $888.17 million.. Raising Net Bookings guidance for the year to $3.37 billion to $3.42 billion.
