Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA) 49% HIGHER; Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO) and Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA), two leaders in interactive and mobile entertainment, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement, under which Take-Two will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Zynga in a cash and stock transaction valued at $9.861 per Zynga share, based on the market close as of January 7, 2022, with a total enterprise value of approximately $12.7 billion. Under the terms and subject to the conditions of the agreement, Zynga stockholders will receive $3.50 in cash and $6.361 in shares of Take-Two common stock for each share of Zynga common stock outstanding at the closing of the transaction. The purchase price represents a premium of 64% to Zynga’s closing share price on January 7, 2022.

lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) 5.8% LOWER; announced that, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021, it now expects the company’s net revenue to be toward the low end of its range of $2.125 billion to $2.165 billion, and that it expects diluted earnings per share and adjusted diluted earnings per share to be toward the low end of its ranges of $3.24 to $3.31 and $3.25 to $3.32, respectively. The consensus is $2.17 billion and $3.34, respectively.

Codex DNA, Inc. (NASDAQ: DNAY) 5.3% HIGHER; announced a strategic collaboration and licensing agreement with Pfizer to access and further develop Codex DNAs novel EDS technology for potential application by Pfizer for its mRNA-based vaccines and other biopharma products.

Ocugen, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCGN) 4.9% HIGHER; announced that its partner, Bharat Biotech, posted positive results from a Phase 2 analysis of the vaccine candidate, COVAXIN (BBV152), in participants ages 12-64, receiving a booster dose six months following a second dose on the pre-print server, medRxiv. The analysis found that participants receiving a booster dose saw a significant increase in neutralizing titers, an important predictor of vaccine efficacy.

Airbnb Inc. (NASDAQ: ABNB) 4% LOWER; Piper Sandler downgraded from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $169.00 (from $215.00).

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ: BMRN) 3.5% HIGHER; announced positive results from its ongoing global Phase 3 GENEr8-1 study of valoctocogene roxaparvovec, an investigational gene therapy for the treatment of adults with severe hemophilia A. This is the largest global Phase 3 study to date for any gene therapy in hemophilia, with 134 participants.

Beam Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAM) 3.2% HIGHER; Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) and Beam Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAM), a biotechnology company developing precision genetic medicines through base editing, today announced an exclusive four-year research collaboration focused on in vivo base editing programs for three targets for rare genetic diseases of the liver, muscle and central nervous system.

ViacomCBS (NASDAQ: VIAC) 3.1% HIGHER; Deutsche Bank upgraded from Hold to Buy with a price target of $43.00 (from $39.00).
