(NASDAQ: ANGN) 22.6% LOWER; announced results from the exploratory phase-II GUARD trial of Angions ANG-3777 in patients undergoing cardiac surgery involving cardiopulmonary bypass at risk for developing acute kidney injury (CSA-AKI). The trial did not meet its primary endpoint of percentage increase in serum creatinine based upon the area under the curve (AUC). However, Angion and Vifor Pharma continue to review the data, based on the signal demonstrated in the clinically-relevant MAKE90 secondary endpoint.

Context Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: CNTX) 16.8% HIGHER; announced that data from the window-of-opportunity clinical trial of onapristone extended release (ONA-XR) in postmenopausal patients with progesterone receptor positive (PR+) early breast cancer demonstrated ONA-XR significantly increased suppression of tumor cell proliferation. The data were presented today during the 2021 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS).

Moderna, Inc., (Nasdaq: MRNA) 11.7% LOWER; announced the first positive interim data from the Phase 1 study of the Companys quadrivalent seasonal flu vaccine candidate, mRNA-1010. In the study, mRNA-1010 successfully boosted hemagglutination inhibition (HAI) assay geometric mean titers against all strains 29 days after vaccination at all doses tested in both younger and older adults. The Company also announced that the Phase 2 study of mRNA-1010 is now fully enrolled and preparation for the Phase 3 study is underway. Moderna also provided an update on its seasonal flu vaccine program including the announcement of two beyond quadrivalent seasonal flu development candidates (mRNA-1011 and mRNA-1012).

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) 9.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.21, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.21 billion.

Chewy (NYSE: CHWY) 7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.08), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion. Chewy sees Q4 2021 revenue of $2.4-2.44 billion, versus the consensus of $2.43 billion.

Academy Sports and Outdoor (NASDAQ: ASO) 6.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.75, $0.72 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.48 billion. Academy Sports and Outdoor sees FY2021 EPS of $7.21-$7.31, versus the consensus of $6.48. Jabil (NYSE: JBL) 4.5% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $75.00 (from $63.00).

R.R. Donnelley (NYSE: RRD) 3.9% HIGHER; Chatham Asset Management Increases Offer to $10.85 Per Share in Cash
