Fiscal 2022 non-GAAP diluted net EPS estimates exclude after-tax adjustments of approximately $0.72 per diluted share, primarily related to transformation costs, stock-based compensation expense and the amortization of intangible assets.
• Reiterates free cash flow3 guidance range to $1.8 to $2.0 billion.
