Mammoth Energy Services (NASDAQ: TUSK) 33% HIGHER; announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aquawolf LLC, a Denver-headquartered provider of infrastructure engineering services, has been awarded a contract by a major utility to provide engineering and design service for the building of Electric Vehicle ("EV") charging station infrastructure to support its clean transportation initiatives.

Farfetch Limited (NYSE: FTCH) 22.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.17), $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.36). Revenue for the quarter came in at $583 million versus the consensus estimate of $591.34 million.

AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: AQB) 20.5% LOWER; announced that it has commenced a proposed underwritten public offering of 11,200,000 shares of common stock of the Company by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Third Security (the Selling Stockholders) of AquaBounty.

Ault Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DPW) 18.1% HIGHER; completed the at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program under which it sold, from time to time, shares of its common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of $200 million. The Company sold the total $200 million at an average price of $3.81 per share. The shares of common stock were offered through Ascendiant Capital Markets, LLC, in its capacity as the sales agent. The Company believes the $200 million in proceeds from the ATM equity offering have been transformational, resulting in a strong balance sheet and providing the Company its most promising opportunities in its over 50-year history.

Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU) 12.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.53, $0.54 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion. Intuit sees FY2022 EPS of $11.48-$11.64, versus the consensus of $11.23. Intuit sees FY2022 revenue of $12.17-12.3 billion, versus the consensus of $11.16 billion.

VNET Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET) 7.1% LOWER; Net revenues in the third quarter of 2021 increased by 25.3% to RMB1.56 billion (US$242.2 million) from RMB1.25 billion in the same period of 2020. Downgraded to Sell at Goldman Sachs.

Workday (NASDAQ: WDAY) 5.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.10, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.33 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.31 billion. Workday sees Q4 2022 revenue of $1.216-1.218 billion, versus the consensus of $1.36 billion. Workday sees FY2022 revenue of $4.533-4.535 billion, versus the consensus of $5.11 billion.

Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT) 5.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.94, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.95. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.34 billion. Applied Materials sees Q1 2022 EPS of $1.78-$1.92, versus the consensus of $2.01. Applied Materials sees Q1 2022 revenue of $6.16 billion, versus the consensus of $6.5 billion.

Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) 4.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.64, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.2 billion. Palo Alto Networks sees Q2 2022 EPS of $1.63-$1.66, versus the consensus of $1.64. Palo Alto Networks sees Q2 2022 revenue of $1.265-1.285 billion, versus the consensus of $1.27 billion. Palo Alto Networks sees FY2022 EPS of $7.15-$7.25, versus the consensus of $7.24.
