Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU) reported Q3 EPS of $2.28, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $2.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.99 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Baidu sees Q4 2021 revenue of $4.81-5.27 billion, versus the consensus of $5.1 billion.

• For the fourth quarter of 2021, Baidu expects revenues to be between RMB 31.0 billion ($4.81 billion) and RMB 34.0 billion ($5.27 billion), representing a growth rate of 2% to 12% year over year, which assumes that Baidu Core revenue will grow between 5% and 16% year over year.
