Outlook:

• For fiscal year 2021, the Company is raising its outlook for worldwide net sales growth to approximately 17% to 19%, at prevailing currency rates, and full year Adjusted EBITDA(1) margin to 8.5% to 9.5%. For the 13-week quarter ending January 1, 2022, worldwide net sales are expected to increase in the range of 18% to 25% compared to the 13-week quarter ended January 2, 2021.
