Zendesk (NYSE: ZEN) 17.7% LOWER; Zendesk and Momentive (NASDAQ: MNTV) have entered into a definitive agreement under which Zendesk will acquire Momentive, including its iconic SurveyMonkey platform. The terms of the transaction provide for Momentive stockholders to receive 0.225 shares of Zendesk stock for each share of Momentive stock, a ratio which represents an implied value of approximately $28 per outstanding share of Momentive stock based on the 15-day volume weighted average price of Zendesk common stock up to and including October 26, 2021.

A10 Networks (NYSE: ATEN) 10% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.17, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.5 million.

Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: POLY) 10% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.77, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $420 million versus the consensus estimate of $428.38 million. Plantronics, Inc. sees FY2022 EPS of $2.30-$2.70, versus the consensus of $3.10. Plantronics, Inc. sees FY2022 revenue of $1.675-1.725 billion, versus the consensus of $1.8 billion.

Western Digital (NASDAQ: WDC) 10% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.49, $0.38 better than the analyst estimate of $2.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.36 billion. Western Digital sees Q2 2022 EPS of $1.95-$2.25, versus the consensus of $2.39. Western Digital sees Q2 2022 revenue of $4.7-4.9 billion, versus the consensus of $4.59 billion.

Atlassian (NASDAQ: TEAM) 8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.46, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $614 million versus the consensus estimate of $582.32 million. Atlassian sees Q2 2022 EPS of $0.35-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.44. Atlassian sees Q2 2022 revenue of $630-645 million, versus the consensus of $618.6 million

U.S. Steel (NYSE: X) 7.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $5.36, $0.55 better than the analyst estimate of $4.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.96 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.79 billion. Announces $300 million buyback plan.

Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) 3.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $6.12, $2.80 worse than the analyst estimate of $8.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $111.6 billion. Amazon sees Q4 2021 revenue of $130-140 billion, versus the consensus of $142.5 billion.

Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) 3.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.24, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $84.85 billion.
