ABVC BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABVC) 45% HIGHER; filed new PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) applications in connection with its medicines that treat major depressive disorder (MDD) and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The two PCT applications describe the treatment methods of oral administrating compositions containing Radix Polygalae (Polygala tenuifolia Willd) extract (PDC-1421). PDC-1421 is the active ingredient for both the companys MDD and ADHD drugs.

Lucid Group (NASDAQ: LCID) 21.8% LOWER; lock-up expires.

Anaplan, Inc. (NYSE: PLAN) 16% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.09), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter came in at $144.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $133.99 million. Anaplan, Inc. sees FY2022 revenue of $571.5-573.5 million, versus the consensus of $558 million.

Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLCM) 15% HIGHER; BLCM and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center today announced a global option and license agreement covering certain intellectual property and technology rights regarding Bellicums CaspaCIDe® (inducible caspase-9, or iC9) safety switch and related technologies, and the use of rimiducid, an agent used to activate the safety switch. Under this agreement, MD Anderson will have the option to incorporate CaspaCIDe into certain cellular therapy programs.

PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) 8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.72, $1.52 better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.31 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.14 billion. PVH Corp. sees FY2021 EPS of $8.50, versus the consensus of $6.75. Revenue in 2021 is projected to increase 26% to 28% (increase 24% to 26% on a constant currency basis) as compared to 2020.

Ambarella (NASDAQ: AMBA) 6.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.35, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.68 million. Ambarella sees third-quarter revenue of $88.0 million and $92.0 million, versus the consensus of $78.7 million.

Caleres (NYSE: CAL) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.19, $0.66 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $675.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $640.4 million.

Ascendis Pharma A/S (Nasdaq: ASND) 3.6% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $400,000,000 of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each of which represents one ordinary share of Ascendis.

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) 2.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $337.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $323.13 million. CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. sees Q3 2022 EPS of $0.08-$0.10, versus the consensus of $0.09. CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. sees Q3 2022 revenue of $358-365.3 million, versus the consensus of $350.92 million.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) 1.6% HIGHER; today announced that it has been awarded a $2B contract, that will be leveraged over a 10 year period, with the National Security Agency (NSA) to deliver HPEs high performance computing (HPC) technology as a service through the HPE GreenLake platform.

Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) 1.6% HIGHER; MRNA and Takeda Pharmaceutical (NYSE: TAK) issued a joint statement today to say there is no evidence that the two deaths in Japan were related to the administration of the vaccine.

Playtika Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: PLTK) 1.5% HIGHER; announced today its acquisition of Reworks Oy, maker of hit Design Entertainment app, Redecor. In 18 months since its launch, Redecor has grown to become the #2 Design Entertainment app based on in-app purchase revenue. Playtika, a leader in mobile gaming, live-ops and technology, will leverage its expertise to further grow Redecor into a leading destination for Design enthusiasts for years to come.

Campbell Soup (NYSE: CPB) 1.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.87 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion. Campbell Soup sees FY2022 EPS of $2.75-$2.85, versus the consensus of $2.87.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA) 1.4% HIGHER; Teva Pharmaceuticals, a U.S. affiliate of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE and TASE: TEVA), and MedinCell (Euronext: MEDCL) announced today that the New Drug Application (NDA) for TV-46000/mdc-IRM (risperidone extended-release injectable suspension for subcutaneous use) for the treatment of schizophrenia has been accepted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
