Cara Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CARA) 27% HIGHER; Cara Therapeutics and Vifor Pharma today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved KORSUVA (difelikefalin) for injection for the treatment of moderate-to-severe pruritus associated with chronic kidney disease in adults undergoing hemodialysis .

Theravance Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBPH) 22% LOWER; Announced top-line results from its Phase 2b dose-finding induction study of izencitinib, an orally administered, gut-selective pan-Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor in development for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. The study did not meet its primary endpoint of change in the total Mayo score or the key secondary endpoint of clinical remission at week 8, relative to placebo. There was a small dose-dependent increase in clinical response measured by the adapted Mayo score, which was driven by a reduction in rectal bleeding.

Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW) 12.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.60, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.17 billion. Palo Alto Networks sees Q1 2022 EPS of $1.55-$1.58, versus the consensus of $1.60. Palo Alto Networks sees Q1 2022 revenue of $1.19-1.21 billion, versus the consensus of $1.15 billion. Palo Alto Networks sees FY2022 EPS of $7.15-$7.25, versus the consensus of $7.09. Palo Alto Networks sees FY2022 revenue of $5.275-5.325 billion, versus the consensus of $4.98 billion.

Mister Car Wash, Inc. (NYSE: MCW) 7.3% LOWER; announced the pricing of the previously announced secondary offering of 12,000,000 shares of its common stock by investment funds affiliated with Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., several members of the Companys management team and several other pre-IPO investors of the Company (collectively, the Selling Stockholders) at a public offering price of $19.57 per share.

Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR) 5.5% HIGHER; received purchase orders totaling $3.0 million from its lead silicon carbide test and burn-in customer for multiple WaferPak Contactors and a FOX WaferPak Aligner to meet their increased production capacity needs for power semiconductors for the electric vehicle market. This customer is a leading Fortune 500 supplier of semiconductor devices with a significant customer base in the automotive semiconductor market. These WaferPaks and the WaferPak Aligner are expected to ship within the next six months to accompany the previously ordered FOX-XP systems announced last month.

BlueLinx Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BXC) 5% HIGHER; announced today the termination of its at-the-market equity offering program (the ATM Offering) with Jefferies LLC (Jefferies) as sales agent. Also announced that its Board of Directors authorized a new share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $25 million of its outstanding shares of common stock in the open market.

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWD) 4.6% HIGHER; will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (Nasdaq: NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq: NDXE) and the NASDAQ-100 Technology Index (Nasdaq: NDXT) prior to market open on Thursday, August 26, 2021.
