3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) 14.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.12, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $162.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $143.28 million. Consistent with prior guidance, on a non-GAAP basis the company expects 2021 gross profit margins to be between 40% and 44%.

Kansas City Southern (NYSE: KSU) 6.5% HIGHER; Canadian Pacific Railway (NYSE: CP) is planning to make a new, increased offer for Kansas City Southern (NYSE: KSU), reigniting a takeover battle with Canadian National Railway (NYSE: CNI), according to Dow Jones, citing people familiar with the matter. CP's board met on Monday and authorized a bid that values KSU at $300 per share, or about $27 billion.

AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC) 5.7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.71), $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.93). Revenue for the quarter came in at $444.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $375.28 million.

Array Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY) 5% HIGHER; Roth Capital upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $25.00.

Planet Fitness (NYSE: PLNT) 4.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.21, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.23.
