Iterum Therapeutics plc (Nasdaq: ITRM) 23.2% HIGHER; announced that the Company participated in a late-cycle meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) yesterday. During the meeting, the FDA shared issues still under review regarding the Company’s new drug application (“NDA”) for sulopenem etzadroxil/probenecid for the treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections in patients with a quinolone non-susceptible pathogen and the Company responded to these issues. The FDA has determined that an Advisory Committee meeting is not currently necessary. The review of the NDA is ongoing and the Company was informed that the FDA continues to work toward the PDUFA goal date of July 25, 2021.

Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT) 14% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.02), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $92 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.55 million.

Ollie's Bargain Outlet (NASDAQ: OLLI) 7.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.80, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $452.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $422.07 million. Comparable store sales increased 18.8%.

HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) 5.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.93, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Express (NYSE: EXPR) 5.4% HIGHER; In a 13G filing hedge fund D. E. Shaw & Co., INC. disclosed a 5%, or 3,319,480 share, stake in the company.

Biohaven Pharmaceutical (NYSE: BHVN) 5.3% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved NURTEC® ODT (rimegepant 75 mg) for the preventive treatment of migraine. NURTEC® ODT is indicated for adult patients with episodic migraine, e.g. those who experience less than 15 headache days per month.

Ulta Salon (NASDAQ: ULTA) 4.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $4.10, $2.17 better than the analyst estimate of $1.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.64 billion. Ulta Salon sees FY2021 EPS of $11.50-$11.95, versus the consensus of $11.64. HollyFrontier (NYSE: HFC) 3% LOWER; Organon & Co. (NYSE: OGN) will be added to the S&P 500 prior to the open of trading on Thursday, June 3, replacing HollyFrontier (NYSE: HFC), which will be removed from the S&P 500 effective prior to the open of trading on Friday, June 4.

Domo, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOMO) 2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.26), $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.43). Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $57.49 million.
