Low-cost airline Frontier Group Holdings filed an IPO. The company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker 'FRNT'.

The offering is being led by Citigroup, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley, Evercore ISI.

Frontier Airlines is an ultra low-cost carrier whose business strategy is focused on Low Fares Done Right. The company offer flights throughout the United States and to select near international destinations in the Americas. As of December 31, 2020, the had a fleet of 104 narrow-body Airbus A320 family aircraft, and a commitment to purchase 156 A320neo (New Engine Option) family aircraft by the end of 2028. During the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2020, the company served approximately 23 million and 11 million passengers, respectively, across a network of approximately 110 airports.

The company posted operating revenue of $1.25 billion in 2020, versus $2.508 billion in 2019. The company lost $225 million in 2020, versus net income of $251 million in 2019.
