Fiscal 2021 Outlook

The COVID-19 pandemic had a material negative impact on our financial results during the first two quarters of fiscal 2020. While our financial results improved during the second half of fiscal 2020 relative to the first half of the year, the full impact that the pandemic could have on the broader economy and our business in fiscal 2021 remains highly uncertain.
