Freshpet, Inc. (“Freshpet”) (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced the launch of a proposed follow-on offering of $300,000,000 of the Company’s common stock in an underwritten public offering. Freshpet intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $45,000,000 of additional shares of common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions.

BofA Securities, Baird and Truist Securities are acting as book-running managers for the offering.
