The analyst commented, "We are reiterating our Buy rating on Pool Corporation (PoolCorp) and increasing our price target to $417 (from $405), implying 16% potential upside from yesterday's close price. In conjunction with our initiation of Leslie's with a Hold rating, we are highlighting PoolCorp as the better option for investors looking to gain exposure to the pool industry. We expect PoolCorp's future organic growth will dwarf Leslie's due to the company's greater exposure to new pool construction, while the company's business model appears better positioned to handle new competition from e-commerce."
