Alterity Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ATHE) 69.7% HIGHER; announces $495,000 funding from Michael J. Fox Foundation for ATH434.

Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: GLUU) 33.9% HIGHER; Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) and Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: GLUU), a leading global developer and publisher of mobile games including Design Home, Covet Fashion, and MLB Tap Sports Baseball, have entered into a definitive agreement under which Electronic Arts will acquire Glu Mobile. Under the terms of the agreement, EA will acquire Glu for $2.1 billion in enterprise value. Glu stockholders will receive $12.50 in cash for each share of Glu stock, representing a 36% premium to Glus closing share price on February 5, 2021. Upon closing, the acquisition will be immediately accretive to Electronic Arts total net bookings, and is expected to grow underlying profitability beginning in its first year.

SelectQuote, Inc. (NYSE: SLQT) 13.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.55, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $358.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $316.49 million. SelectQuote, Inc. sees FY2021 revenue of $920-940 million, versus the consensus of $866.69 million.

Collegium Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ: COLL) 11.2% HIGHER; will replace Iridium Communications in the S&P SmallCap 600

Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) 4.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $205.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $189.55 million. Chegg sees Q1 2021 revenue of $182-185 million, versus the consensus of $174.8 million. Chegg sees FY2021 revenue of $780-790 million, versus the consensus of $780.2 million.

Sientra, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIEN) 4.3% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public follow-on offering of its common stock to be sold by the Company. In addition, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares.
