Walgreens (NASDAQ: WBA) plans to name former Starbucks (NASDAQ: SBUX) executive Roz Brewer as its CEO, according to a report from Dow Jones, citing sources.

Stefano Pessina will become Executive Chairman.

An announcement is expected this week.
