La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company (Nasdaq: LJPC) 60% HIGHER; announced that it and certain of its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, La Jolla) have entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with PAION AG and its wholly owned subsidiary (PAION) for GIAPREZA (angiotensin II) and XERAVA (eravacycline) in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (the Territories).

ArcLight Clean Transition Corp. (Nasdaq: ACTC) 56.5% HIGHER; Proterra Inc, a leading innovator in commercial vehicle electrification technology, today announced that it will become publicly listed through a transaction with ArcLight Clean Transition Corp. (Nasdaq: ACTCU, ACTC and ACTW) ("ArcLight"), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. Upon closing, Proterra's common stock is expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol PTRA. The transaction represents an enterprise value of $1.6 billion for Proterra.

VOXX Int'l (NASDAQ: VOXX) 50.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.74, versus $0.10 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $201.07 million versus the consensus estimate of $142.5 million.

T2 Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTOO) 24.4% HIGHER; announced that its T2SARS-CoV-2 Panela molecular diagnostic test that detects SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19 infectionsis capable of detecting the multiple variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus most recently identified in the United Kingdom, South Africa, and the United States.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) 16.4% HIGHER; Groupe Renault, top automotive player, and Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG), global leader in fuel cell systems and hydrogen related services, announced the signature of a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) to launch a 50-50 joint-venture based in France by the end of the first half of 2021. This strategic JV will position Groupe Renault and Plug Power to become key players in Europe in the research and development (R&D), transformation, manufacturing and sale of fuel cell-powered vehicles and hydrogen turn-key solutions in the coming years. This joint-venture platform will serve the fast-growing market of fuel cell light commercial vehicles, taxis, and commercial people transportation.

Pixelworks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PXLW) 11.2% HIGHER; announced the Company and TCL have signed a new multi-year collaboration agreement to leverage Pixelworks display innovations in future smartphone models across a wider range of price points.

RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDHL) 8.2% LOWER; announced that it has entered into an underwriting agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC under which the underwriter has agreed to purchase on a firm commitment basis 1,275,510 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of the Company, at a price to the public of $ $7.84 per ADS, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Each ADS represents ten ordinary shares, par value NIS 0.01 per share, of the Company. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about January 14, 2021, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Quanterix Corporation (NASDAQ: QTRX) 7.8% HIGHER; announced that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for its Simoa® SARS-CoV-2 N Protein Antigen Test that can be run on the Simoa HD-X Analyzer®, a fully automated high-throughput immunoassay instrument.

Luminex Corporation (Nasdaq: LMNX) 7.3% HIGHER; announced 4th quarter 2020 revenue of approximately $111M, up approximately 23% over the 4th quarter of 2019 and full-year revenue of approximately $417M, up approximately 25% over the full year 2019.

GenMark Diagnostics, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNMK) 6.9% HIGHER; Total revenue for 2020 is expected to be approximately $171 million, representing an increase of approximately 95% over 2019 (*Consensus sees FY20 revenue of $167.5 million).

Skillz inc. (NYSE: SKLZ) 6.5% HIGHER; Stifel initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $28.00.

Lemonade, Inc. (NYSE: LMND) 6.3% LOWER; intends to offer 3,000,000 shares of its common stock for sale in an underwritten public offering . Certain selling stockholders of Lemonade also intend to offer 1,524,314 shares of Lemonade’s common stock for sale in the offering.

Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O) 3.9% LOWER; announced that a public offering of 10,500,000 shares of the company's common stock has been priced at a public offering price of $57.05 per share and is expected to close January 14, 2021.

NIO (NYSE: NIO) 3% LOWER; Citi downgraded from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $68.30 (from $46.40). Also announced a proposed offering (the Notes Offering) of US$650 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2026 (the 2026 Notes) and US$650 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2027 (the 2027 Notes, and, together with the 2026 Notes, the Notes), subject to market conditions and other factors.

Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) 2% HIGHER; announced today that Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems (UAMPS) awarded the company a cost-reimbursable development agreement to provide estimating, development, design and engineering services for its Carbon-Free Power Project. Fluor will book the initial undisclosed value in the first quarter of 2021 and as it accrues.

Today, Walmart (NYSE: WMT) 1.7% HIGHER; announced the creation of a new fintech startup designed to develop and offer modern, innovative and affordable financial solutions. The new company is a strategic partnership with leading fintech investment firm Ribbit Capital. The venture will bring together Walmarts retail knowledge and scale with Ribbits fintech expertise to deliver tech-driven financial experiences tailored to Walmarts customers and associates.
