electroCore (NASDAQ: ECOR) +13%; today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Pro Medical Baltic UAB (“PMB”), whereby PMB will serve as the exclusive distributor of gammaCore Sapphire™ non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation (“nVNS”) to patients suffering from primary headache disorders in Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

QuantumScape (NYSE: QS) +8%; adds to gain.

Ziopharm Oncology (NASDAQ: ZIOP) +7%; announced that the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration has cleared an investigational new drug application (IND) from Eden BioCell, a joint venture between Ziopharm and cell therapy company TriArm Therapeutics, for its phase 1 clinical trial to evaluate patient-derived CD19-specific CAR-T, using Ziopharm’s Rapid Personalized Manufacturing (RPM) technology.

Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON) +5.2%; has entered into an agreement to acquire Precor, one of the largest global commercial fitness equipment providers with a significant U.S. manufacturing presence, in a transaction valued at $420 million USD.

Riot Blockchain (NASDAQ: RIOT) +4%; announces an expected 65% increase in bitcoin mining hash rate capacity resulting from the purchase and future deployment of 15,000 S19 Pro and S19j Pro Antminers from Bitmain Technologies Limited (“Bitmain”).

Calavo Growers (NASDAQ: CVGW) -15%; reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.30 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $234.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $256.07 million.

Venus Concept (NASDAQ: VERO) -15%; to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement.
