Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) 37.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.29 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $490.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $481.17 million. Also announced that Dan Jedda has joined the company, reporting to Katrina Lake. Jedda will be appointed CFO effective December 9, 2020. Dan Jedda joins the company from Amazon where he was Vice President and CFO for Digital Video (including Amazon Studios), Digital Music, and the Advertising and Corporate Development organizations.

Smartsheet (NYSE: SMAR) 16.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.12), $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.21). Revenue for the quarter came in at $98.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $94.59 million. Smartsheet sees Q4 2021 EPS of ($0.15)-($0.13), versus the consensus of ($0.13). Smartsheet sees Q4 2021 revenue of $102-103 million, versus the consensus of $99.5 million.

QuantumScape (NYSE: QS) 16% HIGHER; released performance data demonstrating that its technology addresses fundamental issues holding back widespread adoption of high-energy density solid-state batteries, including charge time (current density), cycle life, safety, and operating temperature.

MicroStrategy® Incorporated (Nasdaq: MSTR) 2.7% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $400 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2025 (the notes) in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act).
