Mohawk Group Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWK) 8.1% HIGHER; acquired the assets of leading e-commerce business brands Mueller, Pursteam, Pohl and Schmitt, and Spiralizer (the Acquired Brands) from 9830 Macarthur LLC (9830), ZN Direct LLC, and Reliance Equities Group, LLC. The Acquired Brands unaudited trailing twelve month revenue and operating income as of September 30, 2020, were approximately $77.5 million and $13.1 million, respectively.

Vapotherm, Inc. (NYSE: VAPO) 7.4% HIGHER; For fourth quarter 2020, we now expect revenue in the range of $30.0 million to $33.0 million, which reflects an increase of $12.0 million to $13.0 million over our previously announced revenue guidance of $18.0 million to $20.0 million. This new revenue guidance implies fiscal year revenue in the range of $114.8 million to $117.8 million, an increase from our previously announced revenue guidance of $102.8 million to $104.8 million.

Box (NYSE: BOX) 6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.20, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $196 million versus the consensus estimate of $194.27 million. Box sees Q4 2021 EPS of $0.16-$0.18, versus the consensus of $0.15. Box sees Q4 2021 revenue of $196-197 million, versus the consensus of $198.75 million. Box sees FY2021 EPS of $0.64-$0.66, versus the consensus of $0.58. Box sees FY2021 revenue of $768-769 million, versus the consensus of $768.99 million.

NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) 4.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.05, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.32 billion. NetApp sees Q3 2021 EPS of $0.94-$1.02, versus the consensus of $0.89. NetApp sees Q3 2021 revenue of $1.34-1.49 billion, versus the consensus of $1.36 billion.

JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ: JBLU) 4.4% LOWER; announced a proposed underwritten offering of 35,000,000 shares of its common stock.

Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) 4.3% LOWER; CRM and Slack Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WORK), the most innovative enterprise communications platform, have entered into a definitive agreement under which Salesforce will acquire Slack. Under the terms of the agreement, Slack shareholders will receive $26.79 in cash and 0.0776 shares of Salesforce common stock for each Slack share, representing an enterprise value of approximately $27.7 billion based on the closing price of Salesforce’s common stock on November 30, 2020.

Twist Bioscience Corporation (NASDAQ: TWST) 4% LOWER; intends to offer and sell in an underwritten public offering up to $250 million of shares of its common stock and certain selling stockholders intend to offer 75,000 shares in the offering.

Inter Parfums, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: IPAR) 2.2% LOWER; expects 2021 net sales to be in the range of $610 million and $625 million, resulting in net income attributable to Inter Parfums, Inc. per diluted share of between $1.20 and $1.25. Based upon the midpoint of both 2020 and 2021 guidance, this represents a 24.1% increase in net sales and a 49.1% increase in diluted earnings per share compared to 2020. Guidance assumes that the average dollar/euro exchange rate remains at current levels. (Consensus sees FY21 EPS of $1.62 on revenue of $669.8 million)
