Cigna Corp. (NYSE: CI) reported Q3 EPS of $4.41, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $4.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $41 billion versus the consensus estimate of $39.18 billion.
- Total revenues in the third quarter were $41.0 billion. Adjusted revenues1 were $40.8 billion.
- Shareholders' net income for the third quarter was $1.4 billion, or $3.78 per share
- Adjusted income from operations2 for the third quarter was $1.6 billion, or $4.41 per share

Also, while Cigna continues to expect to close the sale of Cigna's Group Disability and Life business in the fourth quarter of 2020, Cigna's outlook assumes a full year of contributions from the Group Disability and Life business.
