Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALSK) 60.7% HIGHER; Alaska Communications, together with Macquarie Capital (Macquarie), and GCM Grosvenor (GCM), through its Labor Impact Fund, L.P., announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which the Company will be acquired by an affiliate of Macquarie and GCM in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $300 million, including debt. The transaction will result in Alaska Communications becoming a privately held company and is expected to close in the second half of 2021.
Ambow Education Holding Ltd. (NYSE: AMBO) 26.4% HIGHER; entered a strategic partnership with Cisco, the worldwide leader in technology that powers the Internet, to cooperatively launch international career education, training and certification services, all online.
Telenav, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNAV) 20.7% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by V99, Inc., a Delaware corporation led by HP Jin, Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Telenav, for $4.80 per share in an all cash transaction that values Telenav at approximately $241 million. HP Jin, Samuel T. Chen, a director of Telenav, and a certain entity affiliated with Mr. Chen, are expected to provide debt financing in connection with the proposed transaction.
Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. (NASDAQ: IEA) 19.4% HIGHER; announced a joint venture with F.H. Paschen for the West Lake Corridor rail expansion awarded by the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) and valued at over $550 million. The contract was secured by Ragnar Benson, a subsidiary of IEA that provides heavy- and light-rail construction, and F.H. Paschen, a general contractor and construction manager with over 110 years of experience in the construction industry.
SolarEdge Technologies (NASDAQ: SEDG) 19% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.21, $0.39 better than the analyst estimate of $0.82. Revenue for the quarter came in at $338.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $342.33 million. SolarEdge Technologies sees Q4 2020 revenue of $345-365 million, versus the consensus of $389.6 million.
Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) 10.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.42, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $2.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $605.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $581.33 million. Arista Networks sees Q4 2020 revenue of $615-635 million, versus the consensus of $609.25 million.
Inspire Medical Systems (NYSE: INSP) 10% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.39), $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.72). Revenue for the quarter came in at $35.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $22.75 million. Inspire Medical Systems sees FY2020 revenue of $110-112 million, versus the consensus of $90.19 million.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: JAZZ) 8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $4.31, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $4.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $600.89 million versus the consensus estimate of $577.58 million.
Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) 8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.26, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $0.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $347.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $310.56 million. Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: KPTI) 7.6% HIGHER; Announced positive top-line results from the Phase 3 portion of the randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, cross-over, SEAL study evaluating single agent, oral XPOVIO® (selinexor) versus matching placebo in patients with advanced unresectable dedifferentiated liposarcoma. The SEAL study met its primary endpoint of a statistically significant increase in progression-free survival (PFS); hazard ratio=0.70; p=0.023. These data indicate that treatment with XPOVIO reduced the risk of disease progression or death by approximately 30%, compared to placebo. The trial allowed patients on placebo with objective progression to cross over to the XPOVIO treatment arm. Among those patients who received XPOVIO, there was a trend towards an improvement in the median overall survival compared to those patients who began on the placebo arm of the study and never crossed over to the XPOVIO treatment arm. The safety profile for XPOVIO was consistent with previous clinical studies with fewer hematologic and infectious adverse events as compared to XPOVIO studies in patients with multiple myeloma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).

Revenue for the quarter came in at $357 million versus the consensus estimate of $338.82 million. J2 Global sees FY2020 EPS of $7.85-$8.00, versus the consensus of $7.28. J2 Global sees FY2020 revenue of $1.447-1.462 billion, versus the consensus of $1.39 billion.
