ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM) maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.87 per share, or $3.48 annualized. Many have been expecting a cut. Still, it will be the first year since 1982 that the oil producer hasn't raised its dividend.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2020, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of November 10, 2020. The annual yield on the dividend is 11 percent.
