Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CATB) 63% LOWER; announced that the Phase 3 PolarisDMD trial of edasalonexent in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) did not meet the primary endpoint, which was a change from baseline in the North Star Ambulatory Assessment (NSAA) over one year of edasalonexent compared to placebo. The secondary endpoint timed function tests (time to stand, 10-meter walk/run and 4-stair climb) also did not show statistically significant improvements. Edasalonexent was observed to be generally safe and well-tolerated in this trial. Catabasis is stopping activities related to the development of edasalonexent including the ongoing GalaxyDMD open-label extension trial. The Company plans to work with external advisors to explore and evaluate strategic options going forward.

SPI Energy Co., Ltd., (NASDAQ: SPI) 27.6% HIGHER; announced its Board of Directors approved the Company's plan to spin off its Solar Juice Co., Ltd. subsidiary through an initial public offering. SPI Energy will retain majority ownership of Solar Juice after the spin off.

Xilinx (NASDAQ: XLNX) 13.7% HIGHER; AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) and Xilinx (NASDAQ: XLNX) today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for AMD to acquire Xilinx in an all-stock transaction valued at $35 billion. The combination will create the industrys leading high performance computing company, significantly expanding the breadth of AMDs product portfolio and customer set across diverse growth markets where Xilinx is an established leader. The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to AMD margins, EPS and free cash flow generation and deliver industry-leading growth.

Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) 10.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.05, $0.77 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $862.05 million.

K12, Inc. (NYSE: LRN) 9.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.61 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.31). Revenue for the quarter came in at $371 million versus the consensus estimate of $362.52 million. K12, Inc. sees Q2 2021 revenue of $358-366 million, versus the consensus of $366 million. K12, Inc. sees FY2021 revenue of $1.445-1.47 billion, versus the consensus of $1.44 billion.

AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC) 8.9% HIGHER; announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. Revenues for the third quarter of 2020 were $56.6 million compared to $53.5 million for the second quarter of 2020 and $51.4 million for the third quarter of 2019.

DexCom, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXCM) 7.4% LOWER; Dexcom achieved half a billion dollars in revenue in the third quarter, with revenues of $500.9 million, representing 26% growth over the third quarter of 2019. (*Consensus sees Q3 revenue of $476.75 million)

Boingo Wireless (NASDAQ: WIFI) 7.3% HIGHER; Oppenheimer upgraded from Perform to Outperform with a price target of $15. The analyst expects a sale of the company to an infrastructure-focused private equity firm in the next year.

American International Group Inc (NYSE: AIG) 6.6% HIGHER; plans to separate its life and retirement business unit from the parent company.

Exact Sciences Corp. (Nasdaq: EXAS) 5.6% HIGHER; Exact Sciences and Thrive Earlier Detection Corp. ("Thrive"), a healthcare company dedicated to incorporating earlier cancer detection into routine medical care, today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Exact Sciences will acquire Thrive for cash and stock consideration of up to $2.15 billion. The transaction was unanimously approved by both companies' Boards of Directors and is anticipated to close during the first quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approval and the satisfaction of other conditions.

Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) 5.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.17, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $154 million versus the consensus estimate of $143.68 million. Chegg sees Q4 2020 revenue of $188-190 million, versus the consensus of $183.2 million. Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) 4.7% HIGHER; is exploring the sale of its flagship casinos in Las Vegas, according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.

F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) 4.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.43, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $2.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $615 million versus the consensus estimate of $606.29 million. F5 Networks sees Q1 2021 EPS of $2.26-$2.38, versus the consensus of $2.28. Mirati Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRTX) 4.4% LOWER; intends to offer and sell in an underwritten public offering $700.0 million of shares of its common stock and a selling stockholder intends to offer 375,000 shares in the offering.

AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC) 4.2% HIGHER; announced that several AMC locations in Northern California, including San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, will resume operations beginning Friday, October 30. As a result of these openings, AMC expects to have approximately 540 of its 600-theatre circuit open and serving guests by the end of October.
