Hertz (NYSE: HTZ) 136% HIGHER; announced that it has secured commitments for debtor-in-possession ("DIP") financing totaling $1.65 billion and has filed a motion for approval of the financing by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

GTT Communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT) 34.6% HIGHER; signed a definitive purchase agreement to sell its infrastructure division to I Squared Capital, an independent global infrastructure investment firm, for $2.15 billion.1 The infrastructure division consists of GTT’s business and activities of providing Pan-European, North American, sub-sea and trans-Atlantic fiber network and data center infrastructure services to customers.

Navistar (NYSE: NAV) 21% HIGHER; Traton, Navistar (NYSE: NAV) Said Near Deal at $44.50 a Share

CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) 19.9% HIGHER; First Citizens BancShares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCNCA) and CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which the companies will combine in an all-stock merger of equals to create the 19th largest bank in the United States based on assets.

Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX) 10% HIGHER; RBC Capital upgraded from Sector Perform to Outperform with a price target of $16.00 (from $12.00).

Del Taco Restaurants (NASDAQ: TACO) 9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $117.62 million. System-wide comparable restaurant sales increased 4.1%.

Orchard Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ORTX) 8.3% HIGHER; announced that the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has adopted a positive opinion recommending full, or standard, marketing authorization for Libmeldy (cryopreserved autologous CD34+ cells encoding the arylsulfatase-A, or ARSA, gene), an investigational gene therapy for the treatment of metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD), characterized by biallelic mutations in the ARSA gene leading to a reduction of the ARSA enzymatic activity in children with i) late infantile or early juvenile forms, without clinical manifestations of the disease, or ii) the early juvenile form, with early clinical manifestations of the disease, who still have the ability to walk independently and before the onset of cognitive decline.

Marten Transport (NASDAQ: MRTN) 7.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.22, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $216 million versus the consensus estimate of $220.52 million.

Aldeyra Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ALDX) 5.7% HIGHER; BTIG initiates coverage with a Buy rating.

Amarin Corporation plc (NASDAQ: AMRN) 4% HIGHER; announced the presentation of REDUCE-IT® PCI at Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) Connect, the 32nd annual scientific symposium of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, being held virtually from October 14 October 18, 2020 adding to the growing body of knowledge on the clinical impact of VASCEPA® (icosapent ethyl). These new analyses supported by Amarin were presented during the TCT Connect 2020 Best of Abstracts session by Benjamin E. Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG) 3.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.77, $0.70 better than the analyst estimate of $2.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.08 billion versus the consensus estimate of $970.97 million.

Zogenix, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZGNX) 1.9% HIGHER; shared new data analyses for FINTEPLA® (fenfluramine) oral solution in Dravet syndrome at the Child Neurology Society and International Child Neurology Congress (CNS/ICNA) 2020. Dravet syndrome is a rare, highly refractory form of infant- and childhood-onset epilepsy marked by frequent and often prolonged seizures that are difficult to control with existing medications, significant cognitive and motor impairments, and a higher risk of sudden death.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) 1% HIGHER; Estimates FY21 non-GAAP diluted net earnings per share outlook of $1.56-$1.76, up 10% year-over-year at the mid-point when adjusted for stock-based compensation expense. (Consensus sees FY21 EPS of $1.46).
