(NASDAQ: CYCN) 42.7% LOWER; announced top-line results from its STRONG-SCD study of olinciguat, an investigational, orally-administered, once daily, vascular sGC stimulator for the potential treatment of sickle cell disease (SCD). Olinciguat was generally well tolerated across all dose ranges. Results did not demonstrate adequate activity to support further internal clinical development. Cyclerion intends to complete its analysis of the study results and present or publish them in a future forum.
Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) 33.3% HIGHER; announced today the execution of a definitive agreement to sell its CarePort Health (CarePort) business to WellSky Corp., a global health and community care technology company. WellSky is jointly owned by two of the worlds largest private equity firms, TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners.

As a result, given a reduction in revolver borrowings and outstanding letters of credit, Centennial’s liquidity position has improved since June 30, 2020.

Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATEC) 8.8% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of $85 million of shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, ATEC intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock sold in the offering.
