Illumina (NASDAQ: ILMN) will pay $7.1 billion in cash and stock to buy Grail, according to Dow Jones, citing sources. The deal is expected to be announced Monday.

Under the terms, Grain owners excluding Illumina will get $3.1 billion in cash and shares worth $4 billion.
