Amyris, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMRS) 21% LOWER; LAVVAN, Inc announced that it has filed an $881 million lawsuit against biotechnology company Amyris, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMRS) relating to Amyris's use of intellectual property licensed exclusively to LAVVAN, as well as the misappropriation of LAVVAN's trade secrets. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, docket number 20-cv-7386.

Farmer Bros Co (NASDAQ: FARM) 10.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.57), $0.18 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.39). Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $89.65 million.

Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON) 7.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $607.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $582.51 million. Peloton sees Q1 2021 revenue of $720-730 million, versus the consensus of $505.21 million.
