Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX) 17.8% HIGHER; announced that Bain Capital Private Equity will make an investment of $750 million in Convertible Senior Notes to support the Companys growth initiatives.

Ulta Salon (NASDAQ: ULTA) 17% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.76, $0.70 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.24 billion. Trends improving.

QEP Resources, Inc. (NYSE: QEP) 10% HIGHER; announced that it has received its expected alternative minimum tax credit refund of $170.7 million, which includes $5.1 million of accrued interest. The Company expects to use the proceeds from the refund towards the repayment of its senior notes due in March 2021.
