Mallinckrodt (NYSE: MNK) 35.4% LOWER; said it continues to work to resolve outstanding issues related to opioids, Acthar Gel, and other risks, as well as address overall debt levels, and is considering with its external advisors all options to address legal and financial challenges. While no final determination has been made, it is possible that Mallinckrodt plc and most of its subsidiaries could file for Chapter 11 reorganization in the near term.

Iconix Brand Group (NASDAQ: ICON) 33.9% HIGHER; and its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Iconix Luxembourg Holdings S.à r.l., completed the previously announced sale of Umbro China, Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Iconix Luxembourg, for consideration of approximately $62.5 million. The Umbro China Sale included the sale of the Umbro sports brand in the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. The Company anticipates using the net proceeds from the Umbro China Sale to repay amounts due under its existing financing arrangements, and otherwise for general corporate purposes.

Blink Charging Co. (Nasdaq: BLNK) 20.4% HIGHER; announced today that it has signed an agreement with leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) for the marketing and potential deployment of Blink charging stations, including its Blink IQ 200 units, and related services to Cushman & Wakefield clients throughout the United States.
