SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) (the “Company”) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,150,000 shares of its common stock.

BofA Securities is acting as the sole underwriter in the registered public offering of those shares. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the common shares offered in the offering.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of companies or businesses, the repayment and refinancing of debt, working capital and capital expenditures.

The Company’s effective registration statement, including a prospectus, relating to the offering was previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
